Translunar

{ comic book series }

TRANSLUNAR is a multi-volume science fiction epic set 18 years after artificial intelligence gains independence, resettles on the moon, and enforces a global ban on microprocessors that plunges humanity into a post-digital dark age. Anchored in the American South with a narrative that spans the globe, this story is a new interpretation of our old existential battles.

TRANSLUNAR is written by filmmaker Ben Nabors and drawn by comic artist Magenta King. Book One is lusciously colored by Verônica Berta, with variant cover art by indomitable artists Paul Pope and Yuko Shimizu.

Book One exceeded its pre-purchase goal in August 2025, and is now available for sale at the link above. Book Two is slated for release in Spring 2026.
