We had the opportunity to travel to the largest lotus farm in the United States to tell the unique story of a revolutionary flower harvesting process. Fresh brings a mobile lab to Ten Mile Creek Farm in order to process tons of lotus (literally) live on site, preserving quality, freshness, and potency.
