A startup called Dream Feeds has invented a device that lets people record and sell their dreams online. The hardware is expensive, the platform is proprietary, and the desire to participate spreads fast. A new creator economy appears overnight where anyone with access can “get famous while you sleep.”

Of course, that’s if you’re willing to accept terms you can’t read, expose your subconscious to a machine you don’t understand, and share your most private thoughts with strangers. What could go wrong?
